Highcross has launched its Crewe 213 warehouse unit back on the market, with an event for industrial agents across the midlands and north-west.
The 213,000 sq ft warehouse/distribution facility on the Crewe Gates Industrial Estate, is located five miles from Junction 16 of the M6 on a 9.4 acre site. The fully refurbished unit includes a two-storey office/amenity block, extensive floodlit HGV parking and further trailer parking in an open compound.
There was good news at the launch for Manchester-based industrial agent, Brian Birtwistle of Birtwistle Property Consultants, who won an iPad in the draw.
Tom Gormley, development surveyor at Highcross said the event was a good opportunity to highlight the unit’s potential for either a single occupier or sub-division:
“Crewe 213 offers flexible, good quality accommodation with easy transport links in an established industrial location and we were pleased with the level of interest from agents who attended. This unit, together with our 25-acre Orion Park industrial and distribution development nearby, means we are able to offer a range of options for companies seeking quality premises in a convenient location.”
Agents for Crewe 213 are Lamont, CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge.
