Manny Davidson Discretionary Trust (landlord) has signed Longwater & Partners (tenant) at 6a Poland Street, London W1F.
The tenant has taken the 1,446 sq ft offices on the third and fourth floors of the building at a rent of £54,948 pa on a five year lease.
Poland Street is within walking distance from Oxford Circus tube station and enjoys an enviable position in the heart of London’s West End.
