Surrey Quays Ltd, advised by Morgan Williams and Wilkinson Williams, has signed up Sports Direct at its Surrey Quays Shopping Centre in Rotherhithe, London SE16.
The retailer has taken a 4,040 sq ft store at a commencing rent of £98,500 pa on a 10 year lease. This is Sports Direct’s first store at the shopping centre, where it will join other retailers such as River Island, JD Sports and Burton.
Morgan Williams and Wilkinson Williams represented Surrey Quays Ltd; Sports Direct was self represented.
