The Unite Group brings pizzaz to Bethnal Green

The Unite Group PLC, advised by Morgan Williams, has let a store to Pizza Hut at 239-253 Cambridge Heath Road in Bethnal Green, London E2.

Pizza Hut has taken the 1,001 sq ft store at a commencing rate of £19,000 pa on a new 20 year lease.

Morgan Williams represented The Unite Group PLC; Pizza Hut was self represented.
