Shops let at Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Cramlington

Hammerson Limited, advised by Morgan Williams and Perkins Fox has let two shops at its Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Cramlington, Northumberland.

Home Textiles has taken a 1,326 sq ft shop at Cheviot House at a commencing rental of £32,500pa on a one-year lease. Ramsdens Financial Ltd has taken a 647 sq ft shop, also at Cheviot House, at a commencing rental of £36,000 pa on a 10-year lease.

Morgan Williams and Perkins Fox represented Hammerson Limited; Home Textiles and Ramsdens Financial were self represented.
