Betfred takes shop in Fulham

Betfred, advised by Morgan Williams, has taken a shop at 270 North End Road, Fulham, London, from a private landlord.

The bookmaker has taken the 2,045 sq ft shop at a commencing rent of £50,000 pa on a new 10 year lease.
