Field House in Hampton sells for £1.2m

December 13, 2010

Bisnode Limited has sold Field House at 72 Oldfield Road in Hampton, Middlesex, to Richmond Estates for £1.2 million.

The building, with a total area of 14,475 sq ft, provides office accommodation over two floors and has all basic amenities such as air conditioning, on site car parking spaces, and kitchen facilities.

Kevin Hawthorn, partner, South East and Suburban Agency at Hanover Green, commented: “Field House provides high specification, flexible office space, in a location with limited supply. This deal indicates that there is a continuing demand from investors for good quality, competitively priced vacant office buildings in Middlesex.”

Field House is situated adjacent to Hampton railway station, providing easy access to London Waterloo. Heathrow is only five miles away.

Martin Campbell & Co and Hanover Green jointly represented Bisnode Limited. Sneller Commercial represented Richmond Estates.
