Further letting at Nicholson’s Centre, Maidenhead

Irish Life Assurance has secured a further letting at its Nicholson’s Shopping Centre at 82 Queen’s Walk in Maidenhead.

Albemarle & Bond has taken 346 sq ft at a rent of £22,500 sq ft on a new two year lease. This follows lettings to Poundworld, Cafe Aroma and Phones 4 U at the centre, earlier this year.

Morgan Williams and GCW represented Irish Life Assurance. Albemarle & Bond was unrepresented.
