Howard Smith Paper Limited has leased an industrial unit at Bricklayers Arms Distribution Centre at Mandela Way, London SE1, to Medequip Assistive Technology Limited.
The paper merchant has sub-let the 14,753 sq ft building, owned by landlord Possfund Custodian Trustees Limited, on a new five year lease at a rent of £163,770 pa.
DE&J Levy and Underwoods represented Howard Smith Paper Limited. Medequip was unrepresented.
