New Tesco store at The Avenue, Bournemouth

Tesco, advised by Morgan Williams, has taken a new store at 7-21 The Avenue, Bournemouth, from Royal London Asset Management.

The retailer has taken 26,093 sq ft at a commencing rent of £350,000 pa on a new 20 year lease.

Capital Retail represented Royal London Asset Management.
