Legal recruitment consultancy, Sacco Mann, is relocating its Leeds office to the top floor of Highcross’ landmark Broad Gate development in the centre of the city.
The company has taken 2,097 sq ft in Air, the penthouse office suites on the top floor of the Broad Gate building. The suites are accessed by a dedicated private lift and have panoramic floor to ceiling views over the city centre.
Sacco Mann, which specialises in Legal and Intellectual Property recruitment, has offices in Leeds and Manchester and is now opening a third office in London. The firm is relocating its thirteen-strong Leeds team to Broad Gate, to meet its growth requirements.

Highcross has let the office space to Sacco Mann on a ten-year lease. The 300,000 sq ft Broad Gate office and retail development includes 168,750 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, with office space available from 2,000 sq ft suites to whole floors up to 39,000 sq ft. At the centre, is a full-height atrium, intersected by glazed walkways connecting the upper floors.
