TKMaxx takes Kilburn store

TKMaxx, advised by Morgan Williams, has taken a 21,932 sq ft retail unit at 142-144 Kilburn High Road, north west London from landlord KS UK Properties.

The retailer has signed a new 10-year lease at a rent of £500,000 pa.

Molyneux Rose advised the landlord.
