Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell,the multi disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors, has moved to larger offices and rebranded as HNG.
The firm has relocated to 7-10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London. The 30 strong firm of chartered surveyors is making the changes as part of its expansion strategy amid growing business in its core markets.
Richard Spencer from HNG says: “We are enjoying strong growth in our key sectors and the office move allows space for further expansion. We were bursting at the seams in our former offices particularly since our acquisition of leisure property specialist Intrinsic 12 months ago.”
“We believe that the business is entering a new and dynamic era and we feel that this is reflected in our rebranding.”
HNG operates in the office, business space and leisure sectors handling agency, valuation, rent review and lease renewal, management, building consultancy, and investment work.
