Capital Shopping Centres (CSC) has appointed CWM as joint agents for its Harlequin Shopping Centre in Watford, Hertfordshire as it continues to strengthen the retail mix there.
CWM will join Lunson Mitchenall who already act as agents for the centre.
Jonathan Ainsley, director of asset management south at Capital Shopping Centres, said the appointment of CWM as joint agents will strengthen the agency leasing team and bring a new dynamic to the centre: “CWM’s retail expertise combined with Lunson Mitchenall’s history and knowledge of the Harlequin Centre ensures that we have the right resources to deliver new opportunities and grow the existing strong retail mix.”
David Sanderson, partner at CWM said “We are excited about the opportunities at the Harlequin and believe we can help further improve the good base of retail mix in order to take advantage of the affluent demographic of Watford’s catchment”
