New Retailers for Romford’s Mercury Centre

Fashion retailers Notting Hill and Anthony & Thompson have taken new stores at The Mercury Centre in Romford, after landlord Rockspring, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, signed new deals with the duo.

Ladieswear retailer Notting Hill will open a 2,286 sq ft store at unit 23 in the centre after signing a ten year lease for the store. Notting Hill are a ladies fashion retailer selling affordable stylish clothing to the 20-35 year old age bracket, and are expanding from their South East.

Meanwhile gold trader Harvey & Thompson have taken a 1,194 sq ft unit at the shopping centre at unit 30. It has signed a five year lease.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan advised landlord Rockspring while Notting Hill was represented by RMG Retail.
