|REDEVCO UK has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of its office building at 120 Moorgate, London, EC2. The proposals provide for a reconfigured and enlarged building offering approximately 9.750 sq. m. (105,000 sq. ft.) of net internal office space with approximately 2,150 sq. m. (23,000 sq. ft.) of ground and basement retail space along the Moorgate and South Place frontages.|
The office accommodation will offer brand new grade A specification and is provided over first to tenth floors on flexible floorplates ranging between approximately 930 sq. m. (10,000 sq. ft.) to 1,150 sq. m. (12,500 sq. ft.) with a large open roof terrace incorporated at 6th floor level.
