Lazari Investments sees double success in Camden High Street

Lazari Investments, represented by Hanover Green, has achieved a double letting at its fully refurbished Bedford House office building at 125-133 Camden High Street, north London.

The 6,000 sq ft first floor has been let to two companies – Atom 42, an online marketing  company, has taken 3,200 sq ft while  TV production company Rough Cut TV has leased 2,800 sq ft.

Both deals are on 10-year terms at a rent of £22.50 per sq ft.

The 2nd floor  (6,000 sq ft) remains available at £24.50 per sq ft.
