Highcross has let a 16,545 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit at its Old Dalby Business Park, near Melton Mowbray, to Ecotechnics.
The company, which is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment for the horticultural trade, previously occupied two smaller units at the scheme.
Highcross has let the unit to Ecotechnics on a five-year lease.
The Old Dalby Business Park has industrial and warehouse units from 16,000 sq ft to 102,000 sq ft, available on freehold or flexible lease arrangements. Located within easy reach of Leicester, Nottingham and Loughborough, the business park’s facilities include a cafe, secure gated entrance and barriers, CCTV and on-site estate manager.
Highcross asset manager, Joe Curlett comments: “Since the beginning of the year, we have let more than 70,000 sq ft at the park. This success reflects the scheme’s wide ranging, flexible business space, good location and affordable rent levels.”
