Edgerley Simpson Howe Appoints New Partners

Specialist retail consultants Edgerley Simpson Howe LLP (ESH)  has appointed Adam Patrick and Jamie Naughton as equity partners and Jonathan Brown as salaried partner.

Adam Patrick works in the firm’s agency team, advising landlords and occupiers across the UK.  He is currently responsible for leasing several major retail parks across the UK on behalf of major institutional clients such as Standard Life, PRUPIM, Scottish Widows and ING and handling the property requirements of retailers such as Lloyds Pharmacy, Next and Sports Direct amongst others.

Jamie Naughton works within the firm’s investment team and is involved in sales and acquisitions for a variety of clients.

Jonathan Brown works in the agency and professional department where he handles rent reviews and asset management .
