Second Office Tenant for 175 Oxford Street

June 28, 2011

NFU Mutual and Salmon Property have secured a second office tenant for their £35 million 175 Oxford Street office and retail development in London, hot on the heels of the recent letting to Korean oil company SK.

Ability Group, the property company owned by Andreas Panayiotou, has leased the 2,367 sq ft fifth floor for a ten-year term at £49.50 per sq ft. The space was subject to best bids after three offers were made in the same week.

Doug Stewart chief executive of Salmon Property said: “A second letting in as many weeks to another high profile and strong covenant is a tremendous vindication of our policy to build top quality office space.”

Two floors totalling 6,000 sq ft remain available. The letting agents were Knight Frank and H2S0. Eriera Mendoza advised Ability.
