Scottish Widows Sells Next Store, Weston Super Mare

Scottish Widows Unit Funds, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe, has sold the Next unit at Searle Crescent, Weston Super Mare to The Representative Body of the Church of Wales for £3.95 million, a net initial yield of 5.5%.

The property comprises 18,874 sq ft and is let for a further 8 years at a passing rent of £12.02 per sq ft.
