Gerry Weber, advised by Kitchen Le Frenais Morgan, continues to manage its UKportfolio after completing deals in Horsham and Belfast.
The German woman’s fashion retailer has acquired a shop unit at 17-18 Swan Walk, Horsham, comprising of a 1,652 sq ft ground floor sales area with first floor storage of 1,589 sq ft, after agreeing a letting on a new ten year lease on a turnover rent.
The retailer has also assigned its leasehold interest on its Victoria Square Shopping Centre store in Belfast.
