Andrew Foulds has been appointed Portfolio Director at Redevco UK. He will be responsible for asset managing Redevco’s £850m mostly retail portfolio and will be reporting to UK Managing Director Simon Smith.
Andrew has extensive shopping centre and high street asset management experience and is currently a Retail Asset Management Director at PRUPIM. At present, he is responsible for the Arndale shopping centre in Manchester and leads the Shopping Centre Asset Management and Leasing team.
