Redevco secures planning permission for new city office scheme

Redevco UK has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of its office building at 120 Moorgate, London, EC2.

The new design will extend the existing building and feature approximately 105,000 sq ft of net internal office space with approximately 23,000 sq ft of ground and basement retail space along the Moorgate and South Place frontages.
The brand new grade A specification, designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, is over the first to tenth floors. It will include flexible floor plates ranging between approximately 10,000 sq ft to 12,500 sq ft and a large open roof terrace incorporated at 7th floor level.

Redevco expects the new building to be available for occupation in 2014. GVA Grimley is the planning consultant.
