AKZO Nobel completes double letting in Coventry

AKZO Nobel, advised by Morgan Williams, has let two properties at Cross Cheaping in Coventry city centre.

Bookmaker Paddy Power has taken 19 Cross Cheaping, a 2,835 sq ft unit, on a fifteen year lease at a rent of £60,000 pa.

Office Angels has signed a ten year lease at 21a Cross Cheaping, at a rent of £40,000 pa, for the 2,569 sq ft store.

Morgan Williams represented landlord AKZO Nobel. Roberts & Roberts acted for Office Angels and Nobel & Whitehead advised Paddy Power.
