TK Maxx signs up to Golden Square in Warrington

TK Maxx, advised by Morgan Williams, will open a new store at Golden Square shopping centre in Warrington.

The discount designer store will take the 20,380 sq ft shop on a new 20 year lease at a rate of £315,000 pa.

The retailer introduced its American outlet concept to the UK in 1994 and now has over 250 stores nationwide. TK Maxx is part of TJX Europe, the European branch of the TJX Companies.

Morgan Williams advised TK Maxx while Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landlord.
