Bray Fox Smith, the niche commercial property consultant, has announced the appointment of Sim Khatkar as a partner. Sim becomes Bray Fox Smith’s first appointment since it was formed by the founding partners in early 2009.
Prior to joining Bray Fox Smith, Sim was head of the national office agency division at Cushman & Wakefield, where he helped set up the UK office occupier team. After joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, he was quickly made an associate before being made one of its youngest heads of an agency department.
Sim specialises in key property acquisitions and disposals and recent clients have included VISA, BSkyB and Thomson Reuters. He holds a BSc in management from Loughborough University and an MSc in real estate from Reading University.
