New restaurant scheme takes off at Heathrow

September 23, 2011

The Bhalla Zucker Partnership (BZP), in conjunction with development manager Salmon Developments, has secured planning consent for a new restaurant scheme in Cranford, near Heathrow.

The redevelopment will involve the demolition of the former White Hart public house on Bath Road, a part single-storey and part two-storey detached building, to create two single-storey restaurant drive thru units with landscaping, as well as a new 48-space car park.

The 2000 sq ft and 4200 sq ft buildings have been let to Eurogarages who will operate three franchises – Burger King, Subway and Starbucks on a 15 year lease at a rent of £215,000 pa.  Construction of the £3 million project will start in November this year and is due for completion in early 2012.

BZP will be retaining the completed investment long term within their portfolio.
