British Land appoints Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan on Barnstaple shopping centre

British Land has appointed Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan as joint agent on Green Lanes shopping centre in Barnstaple, Devon.

Green Lanes is the premier shopping destination in north Devon, comprising 130,000 sq ft of retail space and is home to over forty stores including retailers such as New Look, Topshop and JJB Sports.

James Andrews of Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan said: “Green Lanes is a great shopping centre at the heart of a wealthy and loyal catchment area. We are looking forward to working with British Land to ensure the tenant mix remains fresh and exciting.”

Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan will work as joint agent with Savills.
