Luxury Russian Jeweller to open in Old Bond Street, London

High end Russian jeweller Maxim Voznesensky is to open its first store in the UK in London’s prestigious Old Bond Street in London’s West End, after being advised by DE & J Levy.

The luxury retailer has taken an 18 year lease on the store at 44 Old Bond Street, directly opposite Dolce & Gabanna and Alexander McQueen and close to other international luxury brands including Cartier, Gucci and Omega.

The London store comprises a ground floor sales area of 249 sq ft and a 466 sq ft basement. Maxim Voznesensky secured the much sought after property after paying a premium in excess of £1 million. The rent will be £225,000 pa.

The brand originally launched as Jewellery Theatre in Russia in 1998 after being set up by Irina Dorofeyeva and Maxim Voznesensky. It currently has a store in Moscow.
