DE & J Levy And Hamptons International Form Association In Central & Greater London

October 24, 2011

DE & J Levy and Hamptons International today announced the forming of an association which combines DE & J Levy’s commercial expertise with Hamptons International’s position as a leading London residential agent.

The association will cover the Central and Greater London regions and allow both companies to provide development consultancy advice across a wide range of sectors and projects from niche residential to mixed-use urban regeneration.

The association launches with immediate effect and one of the key client benefits is the unparalleled insight offered by both DE & J Levy and Hamptons International.

Matt Sharman, Head of DE & J Levy’s London Residential Division, said: “This agreement is an important milestone in building the division. Our expanding residential arm will be boosted by Hamptons International’s first hand sales knowledge and high street infrastructure, enabling DE & J Levy to strengthen its position in advising clients on land acquisitions and disposals, and furthering our objective of becoming an established brand in the residential sphere. Moreover, this is a great fit for both organisations that will bring tremendous benefit to our clients.”

Nick Vaughan, Head of Residential Development and Investment at Hamptons International comments: “This is a fantastic association between two companies who have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their respective sectors. In a changing market it is vital to provide clients with the most comprehensive service and this association will broaden both organisations’ capabilities in this regard.”
