Turnstone Secures Iconix Planning Consent

October 24, 2011

Turnstone Estates, the property investment and development company, has secured planning consent for the expansion of Iconix Park, Cambridge.

The proposals for the 8 acre park feature 65,150 sq ft of additional office space across four new buildings – more than doubling its current size of 44,320 sq ft.

Chris Goldsmith, managing director at Turnstone Estates, believes: “This latest phase of the development scheme will help Iconix consolidate its status as one of Cambridge’s premier business parks. We are already in pre-let discussions and believe the superb location will attract both office and R&D occupiers”.

Xtention and Eastern Leadership Centres are present tenants on the site, which is situated on the south side of Sawston, seven miles from Cambridge.

Januarys and Carter Jonas are joint letting agents.
