Salmon Lands Senior Development Executive

October 25, 2011

Salmon Harvester Properties, the joint venture between NFU Mutual and
Salmon Developments, has appointed Pat Mahoney FRICS, the former MD of
Greenbrook Group, as a senior development executive to help with its £300 million development programme.

Pat Mahoney, who has almost 40 years of development experience, will
join SHP later this month and will work with the 15-strong SHP team
in the identification and progression of development and investment
opportunities across the UK.

Prior to setting up Greenbrook Group in 1990, Pat Mahoney worked in the
development teams at Sainsbury’s and Peel Holdings.

SHP chief executive Doug Stewart says: “We believe that there will be a marked
recovery in the occupational markets across many regions within the
UK, which has been presaged by the success of our schemes in
Lancashire, Berkshire, East Anglia and the Midlands.

“Unlike other development companies these days our focus is not
sectoral or geographical but opportunity led and with our funding
partner NFU Mutual, we can act swiftly and decisively in our decision
making.”

Pat Mahoney adds: “Salmon Harvester has a highly regarded team that
covers all aspects of the property development and investment
business and I very much look forward to working with them in these interesting
times.”
