Lituanica Bring A Taste Of Eastern Europe To King’s Lynn

October 31, 2011

Turnstone Estates has let a 5,400 sq ft retail unit on its St Nicholas retail park in Kings Lynn to eastern European food specialist Lituanica Retail.

The retailer has taken the store on an eight-year lease at a rent of £64,800 pa (£12 per sq ft).

The letting follows the recent change of use consent obtained for the building allowing it to be used for food retail. Other retailers on the park include Wickes, Farm Foods and Netto.

Lituanica currently trades from seven shops across the UK and stocks produce from all over eastern Europe including Russia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.

Rapleys and Bidwells advised Turnstone Estates. Lituanica Retail was not represented.
