Sports Direct, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, is to open a new store in London’s East End after taking a shop at 83-89 Mile End Road, E1.
The sports specialist has leased a 7,757 sq ft store, which has 4,764 sq ft of ground floor sales space and the remainder as storage, from landlord Reydon. A new 10-year lease has been agreed at a rent of £90,000 pa.
Kingsbury acted for the landlord. Sports Direct was represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan.
