Sports Direct, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, is to open a new store in north west London after agreeing to take 142-146 Kilburn High Road, Kilburn, London NW6 4JD>
The sports retailer has taken the 5,324 sq ft store, which has 2,842 sq ft of ground floor sales space and 2,482 sq ft of basement space, from a private landlord. Sports Direct has signed a new 10-year lease at a rent of £ 225,000.
