The Body Shop Takes Hammersmith Broadway Store

William Ewart Properties, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has let a retail unit in its Hammersmith Broadway shopping centre in West London to The Body Shop.

The cosmetics retailer has signed a new 10-year lease for a 650 sq ft shop and will pay a rent of £93,000 pa.

Other retailers in the shopping centre include Boots, Wasabi, McDonalds and Tesco.
