KPMG LLP Appoints Harper Dennis Hobbs To Sell Vacant La Senza Stores

KPMG LLP, administrators of lingerie chain La Senza, has appointed retail property consultancy Harper Dennis Hobbs to work alongside their in-house real estate specialists to find buyers for the remaining leasehold stores in the portfolio. The move follows the sale of 60 stores to Alshaya UK Limited earlier this week.

 Harper Dennis Hobbs has been appointed to find buyers for the remaining 72 vacant leasehold stores which are all fully fitted prime units across the UK. The stores for sale include sites from Andover to Wrexham.
