Hammerson Lets Cramlington Shop To Card Factory

Hammerson, advised by Morgan Williams and Perkins Fox, has let a shop at unit G, Cheviot House, Manor Walks shopping centre in Cramlington to Card Factory.

The retailer has taken the 2,067 sq ft property on a 10-year lease at a rent of £60,000 pa.
