Warner Estate Investments, advised by Morgan Williams and Reid Rose Gregory, has let a retail store at 1, West Gate Retail Park, 59-67 Main Road, Long Eaton to Family Bargains.
The retailer has taken the 22,875 sq ft property on a 15-year lease at a rent of £240,187 pa.
