Health food retailer GNC has renewed its lease on its store in Eastgate Shopping Centre in Gloucester after signing a new deal with the centre’s asset managers The Other Retail Group, advised by Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan.
The retailer will pay a rent of £52,500 PA for the two floor store at 8 Market Way comprising 900 sq ft on the ground floor and 350 sq ft on the first floor. It has signed a 10 year lease for the store.
Gloucester’s indoor shopping centre was rebranded at The Eastgate Shopping Centre last year. It comprises 285,000 sq ft of retail space and has a catchment of more than half a million living within 20 minutes’ drive time.
The Other Retail Group, which operates a joint venture with Rockspring on four shopping centres based in Falkirk, Romford and Southampton as well as Gloucester, was represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan.
