New Tesco Store To Open In Plaistow

Tesco, advised by Morgan Williams , has taken a new store at 523 Barking Road in Plaistow, east London.

The supermarket chain has signed a 20 year lease on the 4,195 sq ft, former pub at an initial rent of £75,000 pa.

The Landlord was not represented.
