Perfom PLC, advised by Hanover Green, has acquired new offices at 2-16 Goodge Street, London W1.
The tenant has taken an assignment of the leasehold interest on the 4,200 sq ft 2nd floor from Cornhill Publications. The passing rent is £151,000pa and the lease expires in Dec 2014.
