Rockspring Sells Waterlooville Retail Investment

Rockspring Property Investment Managers, on behalf of Retail Plus and advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has sold the freehold interest of 304-306 London Road, Waterlooville for £1.42 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7%. 

The property is let to Poundland for a term of 10 years at a rent of £105,000 pa. 

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted on behalf of the vendors and Cluttons on behalf of the purchasers.
