Salmon Harvester Lands Bartley Point Warehouse Letting

February 13, 2012

Salmon Harvester, the joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual, has secured a major new letting at its Bartley Point scheme in Hook, north Hampshire.

Monks and Crane Industrial Group, the industrial consumables distributer, is moving its Reading branch and  has taken a 5,354 sq ft warehouse building on a new 10-year lease at a rent of  £8.75 per sq ft with a rent free period.

Doug Stewart, chief executive of Salmon Harvester says: “This letting highlights the excellent motorway location of Bartley Point which is becoming increasingly attractive to more traditional Thames Valley occupiers.”

Other occupiers at Bartley Point include Cosentino, Creation and Tomms Pharmacy. Some 40,500 sq ft remains available in units of 5,000-20,000 sq ft.

Salmon was represented by Reddin-Clancy and Company and Savills. Kingstons represented Monks and Crane.
