Kitchen La Frenais Morgan has advised Wereldhave on the letting to Natural Wellness at 188 Fulham Road, south west London.

The beauty salon has taken a two-floor shop comprising 750 sq ft on the ground floor and a 400 sq ft basement. It will pay a rent of £57,500 pa and has signed a 15-year lease for the unit.
