Leading real estate fund manager PRUPIM has agreed a new letting with existing tenant Logoplaste at its Apex Plaza office building in Reading town centre.
Logoplaste, the industrial group which makes rigid plastic packaging, has taken a 4,000 sq ft office on the second floor in Block D and will relocate from its current space within the building. The rent is £29 per sq ft on a lease which expires in 2018. There is an eight month rent free period as part of the package.
Apex Plaza is one of the best known office buildings in the Thames Valley and houses well-known names in the financial sector, such as Barclays, Ernst & Young, HSBC, and Osborne Clarke.
Aaron Pope, PRUPIM’s asset manager said: “We are delighted that Logoplaste has reaffirmed its commitment to Apex Plaza. We believe that Apex Plaza is the perfect modern office location with an efficient working environment and superb transport connections. And this is substantiated by our blue chip tenant roster.”
