Bray Fox Smith, the London and South east office and industrial agency, has appointed Richard Harding as a partner.
Harding who has over 20 years experience in South East office agency joins from DTZ where he was a senior director and head of South East Office Agency. He worked previously at Donaldsons, where he was an equity partner, and Weatherall Green & Smith. He is also a former chairman of the Office Agents Society.

Bray Fox Smith was set up in 2009 by well known business space agents Rob Bray, Pat Fox and Paul Smith. Sim Khatkar, the former head of Cushman & Wakefield’s national offices team, joined last year.
Harding, Bray and Smith had all worked together at Weatherall Green & Smith in the early 2000s where they formed the nucleus of the company’s south east office agency department.
