Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, the retail property consultancy, has strengthened its investment agency team with the appointment of Mark Robson as investment surveyor .
Robson will work with investment partner Rupert Guy on expanding the firm’s private investor client base in addition to working with its many existing institutional and property company clients. He joins from Jones Retail in Birmingham .
Last year Kitchen La Frenais Morgan transacted over £300 million worth of retail investment deals including the sales of the St John’s shopping centre in Perth and the Grosvenor Centre in Macclesfield and the purchase of the Walnuts centre in Orpington.
