Harper Dennis Hobbs, the UK’s leading retail property agency, has appointed Howard Day as director of leisure.

Day, who previously ran his own firm specialising in the leisure market, will head up Harper Dennis Hobbs’ professional services team in the leisure division. He primarily acts for tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals but is also an accredited expert who has appeared for clients in the High Courts and in Land Tribunals.

David Harper, CEO of Harper Dennis Hobbs said: “I am delighted that we have been able to secure such a well-known and experienced surveyor to head our leisure team which continues to expand in line with our strategic growth plans.”

Day said he was excited about his new role: “After running Howard Day Associates for 10 years I am looking forward to providing an expanded national service for leisure clients with the support of the team at HDH.”
